I have a son who uses a wheelchair-he has spina bifida and is a paraplegic, but it wasnt until I needed a wheelchair myself that I realized what that actually meant. Locating accessories is difficult as well. Ever try to find a cup holder for you chair locally? Gel Wheelchair cushions? Well if you live in a big city, thats probably not a problem. But I found myself having to go from store to store in a beat up wheelchair I barely had the muscle to propel. Not cool.

I searched online for a one stop solution to wheelchair and wheelchair accessory shopping. I found out that wasnt exacltly an easy thing to find. And yes, there were local medical supply stores, but the items they carried were limited. I turned to online shopping, but even there I found no one place for all my needs.
What was needed was a comprehensive online store for wheelchair users.
