However, now it the time to make a few adjustments so that you can continue with the good work and keep warm at the same time.

The first change you should make to your eczema diet is to increase the amount of wholegrain foods you consume on a daily basis.

Wholegrains keep you warm as they take longer to digest. Wholegrains such as rye bread, brown rice and wholemeal pasta will suffice.
