One of the most popular series of shows is CSI, CSI Miami, and CSI New York. These shows use basically the same type scenarios, but they are all cast with different people in them. In the hit detective series Cold Case, the cast of characters are made to deal with murder investigations from the past that were never solved. They must reopen these cases and try to use new technologies and information to solve them. They often show the dead characters moving on after their case has been solved.
