Thrombotargets Corp is Proud to Announce its Second Orphan Drug Designation for TT-103MH for The Treatment Of Bleeding Episodes, now in Von Willebrand Patients.
TT-103MH was granted last February an Orphan Drug Designation for the treatment of bleeding episodes in Hemophiliacs. Now, Thrombotargets Corporation’s human recombinant protein, TT-103MH, has been granted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with the Orphan Drug Designation for the treatment of von Willebrand patients “We are very proud of this Orphan Drug Designation. This is the second time that the FDA has granted TT-103MH an Orphan Drug Designation in less that one year and we expect a promising future for TT-103MH. To increase our potential market, we will continue filling in new applications for Orphan Drug Designations for additional coagulation disorders were TT-103MH has demonstrated being active and we strongly believe that TT-103MH will become a blockbuster in the near future due to this strategy” said Dr. Pedreño, president and CEO.
