Here are some ideas to make it a special ‘Christmas just for ONE’;
1. Rent at least 3 favorite Christmas movies (early so you are not disappointed!)
2. Book a place somewhere local for Christmas lunch or dinner incase you feel like going.
3. Stock up your fridge with all your favorite Christmas treats.
4. Purchase festive candles and table napkins etc in preparation for a lavish feast for ONE.

5. If you don’t already own a web-cam, buy one for yourself and buy another to send to your loved ones so you can see them on Christmas day. If you can’t be there in person it’s no reason not to be there at all. Perhaps you can set it up in such a way that you actually share the meal (long distance!)
6. Pamper yourself! If there is a spa open near you book yourself in for a massage. Buy plenty of candles and bath bubbles for a long and luxurious soak in the tub.
7. Go out and buy yourself 10 things you really want for Christmas. Have them wrapped and put them under your tree to open up on Christmas morning.
8. Take several long walks in the fresh air. Remind yourself that you are not alone, you are al(l) ONE. It is the way you came into this world and the way you will leave. Any attachments you make in this lifetime are by choice and if you don’t care for this ‘Christmas for ONE’ business, you have the next 12 months to plan a different Christmas next year.
